The lights were great and bright the first night we used them, now they are dim and glitch out more then they stay on. Is this common?

This happens to me with by second order the first one stay bright all night I got another package to cover more space and this one is dim and turn off after a few hours while the other one stay on until the sun come up

Is each string 42.7 ft or 42.7 ft. combined?

According to box, each string is 32.8 ft.

I can’t get them to work

Hi Lisa it is working. The box has the plastic stick and the solar panel. U hook these together and placed in the soil. On the panel has a clear adhesive plastic, peel it off and the sun will charge the panel. If the adhesive is still there it won't. If u have any more problems please reach out again and I will do a video.
