HEXBUG BattleBots Remote Control Witch Doctor

my kiddos(big and small) love this toy!! they have played with it for hours and hours. none of the issues that others have mentioned. i watched to pro tips video on you tube and it taught me the correct way to pair them to the remotes-so no issue there either!! Will be purchasing the other robots and the arena for christmas!! His weapon stopped spinning but was an easy fix. These guys are easy to take apart and trouble shoot. We took the smaller pieces and put them away unless we are all paying attention LOL they were lost(and found) the first battle!!

Bring out the child in you and get these bots by this company. Very well made and responsive to control. Only caveat is you cannot turn off the remote controller to save the button battery power. The bot can be turned off/on but by a button so once you push it try the remote and if it doesn't respond, it is off. Also - when received the button batteries were bad in the remote and had started to leak. Fortunately they did no harm and new batteries worked.

This Toy didn’t work. Ordered it for a Grandson’s BD, it took about 2 months to arrive, which was stated so we knew. We changed batteries and tried everything but it didn’t work. I do not recommend this product. Very Disappointing.

Not as cool as it looks

Mine was listed as New for $19.95 and it arrived non-functional and likely was USED not new. I returned it. Otherwise I thought it was good looking and well made. A 2nd model (Minotaur) I got was new and worked perfectly and was fun to drive around so I know the Hexbug quality is there. As a licensed BattleBots toy I think it is a great product. Just wish mine was working. One point off for the "breakaway" parts not sitting solid enough on the body. I don't think the battles would last long head-to-head as one hit will make them fall off. I'd like to ram a few times before ending the fight.

Not sure about other people's reviews/experience, but what I received was exactly as stated in the description. It IS the remote control one that you can "battle" against other Hexbug BattleBots. See picture, pen for scale. My 9 yr old son loves the Battlebots TV show, so he really wanted these things. He loves battling it against the other bots. At $15.99 here on Amazon when I purchased it, compared to retail at Toys R Us, etc, its a clear steal!

Not like other reviewers say. It is RC, not the push strike one, and it shot an acorn across my driveway when I turned on the weapon and attacked it. Great bot, it is cool how it dismembers when it takes damage. Would be cooler if it shut off when it took too much damage, and also if it had a bigger remote. Cool bot!

My son loves playing with this Witch Doctor bot in his HexBug Battlebots arena. This is one of his favorites because the weapon really throws other bot parts far, making for an exciting battle.
