REALLY good on salmon. Just pat the salmon dry, put on a thin layer of mayonnaise, top with this and salt-free Mrs. Dash.

This is the best blackened seasoning you can get. Been using it for years.

Delicious
I can't find this blackening seasoning in any local produce market. So I came to Amazon and was in luck. I don't like the well known seafood seasoning it's far too salty. This however is not very salty. It has a unique flavor I cant brag enough about this seasoning. It's great on fish. I also make baked potatoes and onions with this seasoning on it. Highly reccomend!
