KidCo TR5201 HuggaPod Portable Support, 3x12x13 Inch (Pack of 1)

This is the best thing since sliced bread! My grandson turned 3 months on the day we received it. He’s still trying to get the “wobbly-head thing” under control, so he’s basically been confined to being held, cradle, playmat, swing, bed. Anything else, his head would fall and he could hit it. I wanted him to have more play time, and “him time”, he needs that! And he just loves it when we sit him up. I googled for the longest trying to find something to help support, as they’ve come out with so many new things since my kids were little. I came upon this Kidci Huggapod and instantly ordered it. He spends hours in his exersaucer now, and absolutely loves it! (Pretty proud of himself, too!)! It’s given him comfort, and Mimi & Mommy peace.. Definitely a win in my book (: It’s extremely soft, but not so soft that he can fall into it... Coveniently sturdy, at the same time. It serves as the best support one could hope for, imo. It has an adjustable “strap” between the legs... still velvety soft, not a cheap high chair type strap, that snaps at a few different points, for your seating choice, and has a loop to put the extra material & snaps when they’re small, like he is). We’ve used it in a couple of different things, and it works great! I definitely recommend it!

I love this product for its versatility! I used this for the swing and also for my 3 month old to sit in a wagon for my vow renewal since he couldn't sit up yet on his own. He was so relaxed in it. It kept him stable and was so easy to use. While I was at the playground I recommended it to a parent for their baby because of how I love it. It fits perfectly in the swing which would have had so much space without it.. Recommended it to my cousin and will also recommend it to every mother I know. It provides me great comfort knowing my baby is secure!

I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. It’s amazing and so much more convenient and more comfortable for my baby than the old rolled up blanket trick. My baby just made 4 months old but we have been using it for about a month now. Another thing that I like is you can use it as two separate pieces if they just need a little support and not the full support. It works amazing in just about everything, I’ve used it with both pieces in a bumbo type seat and I just use the back piece on his exersaucer. It also works well in the sit me up. Can’t wait to take my little man to the park and try it out on the swings. Also it is very high quality and so super soft for my baby’s comfort. He loves it because he’s able to sit up like a big boy and play with things and use things he wouldn’t have been able to use for a few more months. If you are thinking about buying it just do it. Good food holding babys head up in place. Thick.

I bought the Huggapod in hopes that I could put my young baby in a jumper more safely at a younger age than is typical. I also got it for a pull-behind running stroller I have (it's called a Kidrunner). They recommend the baby to be at least six months or older and to be able to sit up and support their head on their own for both those products, although the Kidrunner is based on weight and height of the baby for when they should be in it. My baby is only 3 and half months old, so obviously a little young for these activities. While she can't quite sit up on her own, she has always been able to hold her head up from birth and was born very very large. She loves standing with support for balance any chance she gets, so I know she has some strength. The Kidrunner tilts up a little bit, so she is very slightly reclined sitting. The straps were just too loose for her though on their own... but sandwixhed in the huggapod, viola! She is supported! Her head doesn't wobble while running and is snug in there. My only concern is it's so fuzzy and warm, I will have to be mindful she doesn't get overheated. I would only run in the cool mornings and maybe with a travel AC unit... I can't reccomend doing any of this necessarily because everyone's baby is different, and I felt with my baby this was safe after a few fittings and test runs. I'm sure this would work great for a jumper, I haven't used it for that yet. CONCLUSION: Supportive and does its job. Has several uses. I would DEFINATELY use this in conjunction with a jumper. It's cozy and warm; good for indoors in the cool, but be careful in the sun or outdoor heat! Baby could overheat in the summer. No complaints other than the heat factor, it seems to be built well and can be washed easily.

I’m a special needs mama my daughter is 2.5 and she’s 25/26lbs and 32.5” height wise & this works great! She has a genetic syndrome & is delayed - she also has low muscle tone - which if you know, you know! My girl can’t sit on her own and has trouble with leaning etc. this allows her to sit in swings and seats WAY better! We have it on the middle or last snap I believe, but you can use it without snapping it together! Very cushioned and she liked it too!

Our 1.5 year old son had Spastic Triplegia Cerebral Palsy. He has issues with head and trunk control. This has been a game changer for his seating and positioning in shopping carts and high chairs at restaurants. We love it!

Our little peanut loves when we hold her waist and let her jump. So we knew she would enjoy a jumper. But she is just a little small (and short.) This works great to support. She laughs and coos well getting to stretch her legs a little. Great investment and a perfect gift for a new mom!
