do they run true to size or a bit smaller? was looking for the ones that have 6-8 size, wasn't sure to size up or down- Thanx

I feel that they run true to size. I got 2t-3t for my little one and she's petite only weighs 28lbs and 3 years old. After buying them I felt I should have bought a size bigger just so they would fit her longer but that's my fault.
