Does the job of giving you energy nothing crazy though, but tastes so bad I let my friend try it and he couldn't finish it from how bad It tastes

I’ve tried a lot of pre workouts, some that are up to the 50-60 dollar range. This one is by far the best tasting pre I’ve had. I got the watermelon flavor and it’s really good. Great energy for my workouts and I feel like it kicks in pretty quick for me. Within 20 minutes I can feel it and am ready to start lifting. Highly recommend

This is the worst tasting pre-workout I’ve ever had. It’s barely drinkable. It doesn’t taste like any other watermelon pre-workout that I’ve tried. Doesn’t even really taste like watermelon, it’s basically cough medicine flavored with a slight tinge of melon something. As far as effectiveness.. I’ve never done drugs but I feel like I did a line of something, I want to jump out of my skin. Got it on a whim since it was on sale for $15, never again.

This is my favorite preworkout. I have tried most of the big brands and always come back to this.

i'm one who has texture issues with any type of protein power or pre/post work out mixes. so at first i was hesitant to try this as i know flavors on bottles are never quite what you expect. surprisingly this was pretty spot on and good. i had no texture issues and the watermelon flavor is pretty good. will have to try to check another
