Will these fit a 5 month old baby?

Yes, my husband jokingly put one on himself on the loosest setting and it actually fit (tightly) around his neck! My 3 month old still wears them on the tightest setting. There are 2 snap buttons on each side so 3 adjustable settings, should last for quite a while!

Where are they made? We won't buy Chinese items.
