I bought the Mirka denibbing file to make small, localised paint repairs less of a chore, and it has already proved to be a very worthwhile purchase. In the past, I would apply lacquer and then spend a lot of time sanding it down with wet and dry paper to get the surface level. This file has made the process far quicker and more controlled. The design makes it easy to reduce the excess lacquer exactly where it is needed, especially when filling scratches or minor imperfections. By bringing the lacquer back to surface level before moving on to fine sanding, buffing, and polishing, the overall finish is much cleaner and more consistent. What used to take a considerable amount of time now feels much more manageable. While the price might seem a little high for a relatively simple tool, the quality is excellent and it feels built to last. Considering how many hours of sanding it saves and the improved results it delivers, I see it as a very good investment for anyone carrying out detailed paintwork. I would recommend it to DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike who want to achieve a smooth, professional finish with less effort.

Great tool for knocking down big dirt nibs or cutting down runs. Just make sure the clearcoat is good and dry before using this tool.
