Best Vitex I've tried, I’ve taken other brands but have never noticed results. I was always hungry, fatigued and my mood swings were non stop. Intimate Rose Vitex Chasteberry really helped me with my hormone balance. I love that they are using 100% Vegan capsules. It dissolves faster, tolerate heat and humidity better. Probably one reason why I could notice the effect faster. To add to that they added ginger to the mix, from what I researched its really good for preventing nausea and anti-inflammation which is really helpful for women who have menstrual disorders. Would recommend product to other women who don't have natural PMS support.

Three stars because customer service is amazing. I barely get acne during my period and I started taking only one pill (half of the recommended dose) and I got ugly pimples for two period while taking this. I wanted it for heavy periods but it did not work for that and I got the worst cramps. So I’m stopping it now. My body is very sensitive though, so it might work wonders for others. Most supplements do the opposite for my body. It might do wonders for you even if it didn’t work for me

I noticed a difference when I don't take them for sure. But they're hard to swallow

This product helped me cope with menstrual cycles like a normal woman again. My cycle had stopped for about 7 months. And whenbit returned it was so bad and reminded me of when i was in labor. After starting these vitamins the flow slowed down and the pain reduced from 10 to 2.
