I suffer from chronic nasal congestion, especially in the winter, not to mention aging skin. I have tried a lot of product for the former, with mixed success. I have previously tried sea buckthorn as a gelcap, which seems to offer me some noticeable relief: my nasal membranes are less swollen and dry. This product offers sea buckthorn powder in a capsule, which so far works just as well as the liquid/gel in a capsule. I take one in the morning and one at night, and I am definitely breathing better. And maybe my skin even looks better.

I love the way I feel when taking this. I have more energy and an overall sense of well-being.
