Does a great job.
If it's the right size, it'll work. It's not too loud or anything like that. It just quietly does it's job day in and day out. Like, right now while typing this. The workstation didn't over heat today, because it just works as it's expected.

s Thermalright TL-9015 CPU Fan is an easy cost-effective replacement for my dead Noctual 92mm x 14mm fan. It costs 1/4 the price, and cools as well if not slightly better. Slightly louder at 100% but most people do not run these types of fans all out. 5 stars.

Good and fairly quiet
This little fan surprised me. I needed a replacement for a broken fan on a SFX PSU and this was perfect. Fairly quiet, rivals Noctua levels of quiet at low speeds. I'm very pleased.
