Great taste, easy on my 82 year old stomach. Pasta one of my long time favorite meals. The other is a good steak. Growing up in family of ten kids pasta was one the easiest and cheapest meals making it a frequent dinner. This product lets me indulge my old habits without pain.

Papa Vince's Low Acid Tomato sauce is the only thing I would consider giving a review to, despite not having tasted it. I have purchased it multiple times, and will purchase it again whenever we run out. My youngest daughter has GERD, due to an interaction of multiple medicines. And this is the only tomato sauce she can have. We have experimented with different applications, from regular pasta to eggplant and chicken parmigiana. And the look of joy on her face, that she can have tomato sauce again, is worth any price. When your diet is confined to a narrow range of food items, anything that helps to give more variety, more flavor, is welcome. Papa Vince has reopened a whole range of family heritage foods that my daughter was convinced she would never have again. Thank you!

This is what I've been looking for! I have recently been diagnosed with some digestive issues and thought that tomato sauce would be off limits after a few bad experience with my usual brand. I then ran across Papa Vince. these are great sauces, they taste fresh and are easy on my digestion! I've not only used them on pasta but on chicken and pork chops.

Nice to have a true low acid sauce without added acid neutralizers

So very good in flavor—sweet and not too acidic. The perfect base for any sauce from pizza to chilli and of course, pasta. BUT it’s tomato sauce not gold. The price needs to come down! If it were half the price, I would use it twice as much. Instead, I mix it with regular tomato sauce, or use it only sometimes on its own. They have to get that price point down. Their oil and pasta is great too. But all of their products are unaffordable for the average American family. Even stuff at Whole Foods is cheaper. The tomato sauce is the most ridiculous in price, given how tiny those glass bottles are.

I have numerous stomach issues that made eating sauce impossible, but I can eat this sauce with no problem at all! When I want a thicker consistency, I simply have it cook down. Yes, it is expensive, but there are just some foods that are far better with a bit of tomato sauce. Highly recommend for anyone with stomach issues that eliminate most other tomato sauces from your diet.
