Excellent customer service from supplier
Disappointed to find that 2 days after the return period ran out we notice water is leaking into the space between layers. Nit goid enough for the cost. Of these.Update on this I contacted the company who were so helpful and replaced the faulty items. Can't ask for more than that

Nice but…too many buts :/
During first wash one of the cups filled with water so went straight to bin. It is easy to hold but a bit awkward to drink; the rim of the cup is quite thick and curved inwards. When tilting the cup you need to be careful not to spill on yourself.

Useless after one wash!
After one wash the seal between the two glass walls failed, rendering the mug useless!

Great glasses, amazing customer support
Great glasses! One of them was unfortunately cracked in transit. I contacted the customer support of Youngever and they sent me a new pair immediatelly. It arrived in 2 days. Flawless support!
