Airbrush Techniques For Cake Decorating

This books is Old School! Pictures, layout, and overall design scream 1980s.Pretty good tips and techniques, but pictures need a major update!In addition new technology make lots of the new things possible that this does touch upon.

I expected more for the price. This is a pamphlet that has very little directions for the average cake decorator. I would have liked a book on standard to experienced airbrush. Instead it's about masterpieces. I need to learn the methods first. The author should have stated this was for the very experienced. I would not have paid that much for a pamphlet, had I known.

A wonder book for cake artist wanting to learn the art of airbrushing. Highly recommended for those just learning this technique. Be sure and get the pattern book also.

Total waste of money!You will have much, MUCH more fun burning your $12.95! There you have your 18 pieces of paper, and 1/4 is devoted to portraits-can you believe this? So, you have your Elvis (step by step), then there is James Dean, Abe Lincoln, JFK, Marilyn and-get this-Jean-Luc Picard!! I waited all my life to put the brave captain of the Enterprise on my birthday cake! Why there are no Klingons and Volcans, I don't know-maybe those are saved for the next edition? The rest of the book is not much better-few basic instructions, on the verge of banality and that's it.A piece of ....! Watch your step!

Good content but expensive for what it is - surprisingly thin book.

Not what I was hoping for. I was looking for some basic techniques and this book is for an advanced user.
