My preferred brand is out of stock (and has been for weeks) and I needed a new supplier. Decided to give this one a try. Although I do not like the silicon dioxide flow agent in this or the natural flavors, for now it will have to do. Love the strawberry flavor of this. Oddly doesn't flow through my mini funnel I use to get electrolytes into water bottles, it takes a lot of tapping and fiddling with it to get it to flow out of the funnel. Mixes in water well. The product wrapper is a pain and doesn't peel off around the top cleanly, tries to rip the entire label off the canister. I had to use a sharp knife to score around the lower edge of the cap so finish peeling the top sealing edge of the label off. Nice strong inner seal. Has a desiccant card instead of a pouch. Ingredients printed on the label are micro-tiny, I need a magnifying glass to try and read them, even with my glasses on, and still couldn't see them well enough to make them out. Huge negative for me. I referred to the product page to read the ingredients once I received this product, as I just couldn't read them on the label. Will I buy this again? No. Crappy label, tiny ingredients list print, silicone dioxide and natural flavors. Makes me wonder why I decided to try it in the first place.

*Updating review based on customer service* The company reached out to me about my review concerning the blackberry flavor and not only apologized, but also offered a refund for my purchase. I did not expect a full refund, but I was happy to accept and will purchase one of the other flavors as I’ve been happy with the others. Definitely pleased with how the company handled the issue, and will by from them again. I have had both the pineapple coconut and fruit punch, and they are both delicious. I drink them everyday. They both dissolve well and have lots of flavor. I ordered the blackberry to try, and it tastes like something is wrong with it. It is almost like a plastic or a chemical taste. I can’t even believe it’s from the same company, because the difference is so profound. It also does not dissolve as well, which ended up not mattering since I dumped out the first drink I made with it. I contacted the company, because it genuinely tastes like something is wrong with this batch, but they never responded. I liked their other flavors, but I am hesitant to reorder any of them now.

Great electrolyte powder. Great taste. Great ingredients. Dissolves well. BUT...beware if you have blood pressure issues, since it only says "sodium chloride" for its source of sodium. Unless the company can state otherwise...that usually points to bleached, refined table salt. Which is horrible for blood pressure.

Updated 7/24/24: The seller contacted me after I posted the below review and corrected the situation so I'm now going 5 stars. Just always order through Amazon and you should be safe. Old review: I've ordered most, if not all, of the Ketovital drink mixes in all their forms and enjoyed almost all of them (preference varies of course, for example I hated fruit punch). I personally like mango the best, then Lemonade, then cherry limeade, then strawberry. I've been drinking them multiple times a day since I started working out daily 8 months ago. They are a life saver for cramps due to dehydration and lack of electrolytes. BUT!!! And this is a HUGE BUT!!! You've got to know who you're dealing with!!! This is one shady company!!! I found that I would get discounts if I ordered directly from KetoVital's website so I started ordering there instead of amazon. First couple orders went well but then I received some weird fluffy nasty powder in a mango container that clearly wasn't mango electrolyte mix. I even tried it side by side with my other container of mango mix and had other people try it to make sure it just wasn't my tastebuds being off that day or something. It doesn't look the same, doesn't taste the same, it's not the same at all! So this is where it gets shady! When you order from them directly you get an email that says you can reply with any questions or concerns. So I've been emailing them trying to get this bad container of mango mix replaced. No response to many many emails now. So I went to their website and tried to use their chat feature, but no one responds to it. So I called their number, it just goes to a googlevoice mailbox. No call back. So I texted the number, no response. That's when I decided to google them and start looking into who owns them, etcetera and found that it's a shell corp owned by some shady guy. So my advice is this, just know that these things aren't cheap and there is no customer service behind the product so if you get a messed-up item/order, because it's a food item, amazon isn't going to take it back once it's opened and the company isn't even going to respond to you if you reach out to them. You'll just be out the money if something goes wrong like it did for me. For now, I like the product and I've only gotten burned once. I'm going to keep my orders to amazon only, even though that's more expensive than ordering directly from KV's website. If and when I get burned again I'm going to have to switch to a different company because I can't keep giving my money to this shady guy who won't even return an email. But for now, I need the electrolytes or I'll die of cramps, so I have limited choice considering I also eat low carb. You've been warned!!!
