- Clear View Screen & Lens Cleaner for Eyeglasses, Laptops, Smartphones, & Other Screens, 1 Gallon

Let me start by saying that I have been wearing glasses for 30+ years. I have tried multiple brands of lens cleaner products and even tried some of the homemade ones with dish soap, vinegar and water recipes. I think the homemade products worked just as well or even better than some of the other brands that I’d tried before being introduced to the Clear View brand. When I received a sample size bottle of Clear View lens cleaner from my optometrist I immediately fell in love with the product. I’ve never had any product that not only cleaned my eyeglasses but also helped with keeping them clean throughout the day. You can feel the difference when you’re wiping them off. Clear View is clearly the best option for an easy to use, streak free, truly clean lens cleaner. I bought a gallon and have also used it to clean every mirror in the house, the outside of my kitchen appliances,…. The windows are next on my list (when it warms up in the spring) and I’m positive I’ll be just as happy with it’s cleaning ability and if I don’t have to do windows as often I’ll be jumping for joy. I’ll update my review when they’re finished. I highly recommend this product. CLEAR VIEW IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!

This is the best eyeglasses cleaner that I have tried and used. It will remove dirt, dust and grease smudges. I have bushy eyebrows that tend to be a bit greasy, and it will leave greasy marks on the inside top of the glasses. This product will clean those smudges and leave the glasses clear and streak free. Some people have complained about streaks on the glasses and here is the trick to keep that from happening. Don't use the same cloth over and over. For me a week or so on a cloth and then I rotate to the next cloth for a week or so. I do this for the three cloths that I have and then wash them thoroughly with hot soapy dish detergent & rinse them thoroughly and then let them air dry. In doing this I have not ever had any streaks left on my glasses. I put this product in a small travel size spray bottle and spritz my glasses whenever they are dirty. This is to me the best lens cleaner that money can buy and since it is a gallon it will last me a long time. I have anti-glare coated lenses and this product works great on them. Remember that this is only a cleaner and not an anti-fogging agent.

Seems to clean off the grime fairly well. I just don't like the purple dye in the product, thinking it eventually will stain the cleaning cloths and NO other cleaning solutions have dye in them, all are clear solutions.

If you require clear glasses, get this. Cheaper by the jug.

After sprayed onto the lens of glasses, it cleans without streaks when using a clean soft cloth. For screens, I spray it lightly onto the cloth and then wipe the screen of iphone and ipad with the same result. Finger smudges may take a bit more wiping but are easily removed.

I bought this refill because it was the same product that came with my new glasses, and it worked well. When I went to refill the sprayer I noticed something floating around in the refill bottle. When I looked closer I saw several dirty blobs of something floating in the bottle. I was able to get a pic of 1. The product seems to work ok, but the nasty stuff floating around in the bottle makes me wonder.
