Perhaps the best cheese ever. Quality unmatched. Shipping excellent. If one likes Gruyere Cheese they will want to order this. This is as good as I've ever had and I've had good Gruyere.

This brand of Gruyere tasted exactly like Gruyere I had when I was in Switzerland. Of course I used this product for EATING!!!!!!!
