My quality of sleep.
I am absolutely in love with this melatonin! I have ordered numerous bottles to replace mine when I run out. They are very effective, you will sleep like a baby. They are small capsules and easy to swallow. I love the strength of them. Depending on The amount of sleep I want to get, I go in between one capsule to two capsules before bed. The capsules have zero taste and you will sleep like a baby.

Try it to see if it works for you
For reasons unknown this pill does not work for me. I have been taking melatonin for years with success but not with this pill. I’m not sure if the dosage is too high to help me sleep (my body). This doesn’t mean it won’t work for you it just means it’s not effective for me at this time. I feel no effects at all neither negative nor positive and not sluggish the next day as in the past taking extra melatonin if a different brand - no effects at all.
