Buckle Failed on Day One, Serious Quality Concern
I purchased the Titan Edge Baseline Analog Watch for Men (1843NL01 / NP1843NL01) from Amazon India, expecting the level of quality and reliability that Titan is known for. Unfortunately, the product failed to meet even basic expectations. The watch buckle broke on the first use, which is highly disappointing for a watch positioned as premium. This suggests a concerning lapse in quality control and durability. While I appreciate the brand’s reputation, this experience does not reflect it. I hope the seller and manufacturer take this feedback seriously and provide an appropriate resolution, as customers should not encounter such issues with a product of this standard.

Elegant product and zero warranty
The watch is elegant and the best in its class, but it cannot be registered for warranty as Titan is not accepting it's warranty registration inspite of providing all the details. Only reason they accept only online purchase from Titan world app for warranty. So guys if you want to save money lose warranty, choice is yours.
