I didn't read the reviews throughly before I purchased before realizing I have a similar encounter like the rest of these reviews and ended up with the 2 of the same mugs. For me, I wanted halloween mugs and a good deal versus going in the store for kinds I didn't like or spend what I didn't want to. The quality is good after I inspected them, no chipping or heavy usage, i bought used but they looked never used and someone returned them instantly. If you don't mind having two if the same kind like I did and don't want to bother with returning then these items are good for you to buy. But if you have your heart set on a particular one you might be taking a gamble of not getting what you want.

These are so cute! Love them. But they chip easily.

These mugs are so beautifully made. They are solid yet not "clunky". The graphics are exceptionally well done. Such a great value for the money. I've been wanting to get these for awhile now and finally decided to make the purchase; absolutely no regrets here! We'll be using these for years of Halloween fun to come.
