This is a good for value. Helps get fantastic sleep. I take it 30 minutes before I go to bed and sleep through the night. If I don't I wake up every hour. Bought this to help with my knee pain. When I got it my knee was seriously hurting , so I rubbed a couple drops in and the pain instantly started to fade. Six hours later, it still wasn't hurting, so don't think you must take internally. Massage directly onto the area and feel relief!
