This hood works very well and looks very nice. Replaced it in a home that was remodeled the fit was perfect and we didn’t have to make any modifications. Highly recommend.

It works fine and came with the components it should. The fan is quite loud and the bulb cover is too small. Price is good though. Fine for a midgrade rental house

I had contractors working on my kitchen. When it came time to install the vent they tested it and after mounting the unit they turned it on. The lights lit up but the motor wouldn't kick on and the lights wouldn't work. They tried everything, checked the connections but couldn't get it working. They called support and they started a warranty claim. After they told me I let them know I had purchased it from Amazon and it would probably be easier to just return it and get a replacement. That is what I decided to do and there were no issues doing it that way. The next vent came and my contractors were no longer working here so my husband and I needed to install it this time. We did the same thing, tested it when it arrived to make sure everything worked. We installed it and went to turn it on and the same thing happened, the motor would not work. For some reason, my husband thought That maybe it just needed to be reset. He had the idea to flip the breaker and guess what... Everything worked! So, I just wanted to leave this comment for those who may have the same issue! Other than that installation was pretty easy. The unit is nice, as far as the design. It looks clean and modern built into our hood. I do not like the color of the lights AT ALL. I probably would not have purchased had I known what they would look like on. They are very blue, not a very inviting look to me. They also only have an off on, no hight med or low, just one setting on. I like to have a dimmer option over the stove. It is pretty quiet when it's on though. It will do the job and I had my vent built to fit this unit so I'm kind of stuck with it.

Works perfect, I which it would have came in with the electrical plug connector. other than that works for me.

I hired someone to install it for me, so I can't tell you if that was easy or not. It works well and I am glad it has an option for a vent or ventless. One annoying problem I have is that the light is located in the back by the wall. If the light was in the front, then it would be perfect! The light being by the wall is ok for our use, but it's defiantly not as bright as our previous hood (the old hood had 2 lights in the front!).

MINE CAME WITH 3 SMALL DENTS IN THE FRONT RIGHT BUT NOT BAD ENOUGH TO RETURN IT. IT COMES WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO INSTALL IT BUT YOU WILL NEED A POWER CABLE. ITS FAIRLY NOISY BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN A QUIET ONE IN MY 64 TRIPS AROUND THE SUN.
