I just received my evaporating cooler today and it works great. I highly recommend anyone to purchase this cooler. I had a smaller one that worked okay but I needed more cooling capacity for my den and kitchen. This cooler keeps my den and kitchen extremely comfortable and reduces my electric bill. I now set my A/C at 80 degrees and it does not have to run all day when the temperature is above 100 degrees.

We bought this ac to use in our camper trailer and it works amazingly we was able to cut down on our ac bill by almost half this unit keeps it cool all day long without having to replace the ice packs I would definitely recommend

The fan is very strong, even on speed 1, cools down very quickly. It is rather noisy, especially if you have the louvers moving side to side. Definitely don’t want to move it around much with it full of water. I didn’t see how to clean dust/dog hair from the vents, but I’m assuming it should be done after the unit has not been running for an extended period of time so it would have time to dry and could be vacuumed? Over all, we are pleased with this unit so far. 😊October 2023The performance of this unit was good. It helped a lot on really hot summer days. We finally figured out how to access the filters, by disassembling most of the unit. The dog hair and dirt did not vacuum off and I was prepared to buy new filters. Replacement filters were nowhere to be found on Amazon or any of the local hardware stores. I was able to get a hold of the company through the Amazon message board just to find out that this unit and it’s filters are no longer available. They did offer a suggestion for cleaning, which worked pretty well, but doubt they will last more than one more summer. My advice is to find out whether or not replacement filters are available before you purchase a unit.

Loading from the top takes a long time to fill. The ice packs do little to chill the water as it passes over them so quickly Not to bad otherwise. Decent fan speeds and semi compact size

As a life long user of swampers, I find this portable one works as well as the larger installed whole house units for the space I'm using it in... Office, kitchen, LR, DR. It is quiet, and you fill the lower tank through the top! That certainly makes this unit so much easier to use.

It doesnt cool at all, very very disappointed, misleading advertising, total waste of my money, dont want this product, it works as a humidifier only want to return it but very big to ship back and i disposed of box when i opened it, very upset with the misleading advertising for cooling have no use for this product, want my money back, didnt want to give it any stars but had to to submit email

We bought this for our house, we don't need to turn on our AC unit now, we only need to use this cooler to cool us down. Price was good. All our guests surprised for this new machine. Will suggest them to buy!
