I used John Frieda Volume Lift Shampoo a few years ago and liked it, but when I tried to buy again, I could not find a retailer that carried it. Needless to say, I was thrilled when I finally tried Amazon and found it! I am not young, but still have plenty of hair... it's just baby fine and needs to be shampooed daily. Most volumizing shampoos work for a couple days, but then build-up flattens out my hair and I have to switch shampoo. NOT SO with Volume Lift! So glad I bought the two-pack offered by Amazon, because I won't need to re-order for a while. Just a small amount of this shampoo gives great "suds" and does the gentle but body-boosting cleaning job that I need. Thanks, Amazon!

The product itself is great, however, their factory has poor quality control at least when packaging the twin pack. I ordered the twin pack and when it arrived, their was a leakage in the plastic bag...upon opening I found there was a defect in the sealing of their tubes which resulted in most of the product leaking out in the bag. Amazon replaced it without a problem however, the replacement came with the same problem. Next time I order I will have to pay for the individual tubes to make sure I have all the product I paid for.

Product was good. Shampoo was smashed open. Leaked out in packaging when delivered

Four shampoos came in 2 separate plastic packages. The inside of one of the packages had leaked and the inside was gooey and messy. The other package was fine and dry.

This shampoo is great! I have very fine hair and am now elderly but the volume and shine from this product is super. I’ve been using it for quite a few years .
