I really love these capsules. They are very helpful and definitely helped my mood. I saw a huge difference after taking them for over a week. I got way more motivated and wasn’t in a bad mood as often as I used to be. I felt better when going to sleep also and it helped me feel better the next day. I personally took it either every midday or at night before bed. I love that you have options for when to take it.

Be mindful that these capsules could cause drowsiness. The 3 days I’ve taken them, I needed a nap before continuing my regularly scheduled program.

I’ve been consistently taking these for a few months now and can tell greatly. I don’t feel so on edge anymore. these help me to stay in the right place mentally.

I love this product. I suffer from chronic anxiety and I really need a boost to help feeling more like myself on a daily basis. I’ve always loved Rhodiola in all shapes and form but this has been my favorite product. I take one every night and it helps me feel much more relaxed to go to bed. I also feel much better in the morning. It doesn’t make you sleepy! It’s helpful to make you relaxed and overall feel better in anxiety!
