Great quality and amazing flavor
This is so delicious. Very flavorful. My mom only used a little to marinate her portion of chicken because she can't handle much (heat) spice, but she loved it. What I did was... coat chicken breast in olive oil, put a low to medium amount on both sides (1/2 tsp each side ?) Grilled the chicken on bbq. Served with homemade curry rice veggie pilaf. And made a sauce with cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime, and olive oil. It was an excellent dinner that guests and family raved about. The chicken was nice and spicy but the yogurt sauce complemented it nicely. I'll definitely be repeating this recipe over and over. And buying this spice mix again.

Seriously tasty hot spice mix
seriously tasty hot spices, I've been making my own mix of spicy mix, but I was looking for a good spice mix. As I open the package, it hits me with the smell of garlic, I grabbed a pinch of the mix into my mouth for a taste, intense garlic flavor comes then the heat, enjoying the pooping sensation from the mustard seed, the gentle heat burns my mouth for a while. I think this will be perfect for steaks and pork. (I need to try other mix from Pinch Spice Market)

Great spice!
Excellent flavor. Excellent heat level. Nicely packaged. Evenly ground. Only way it could be improved is to make it free.

I love this Piri Piri
The local African market ran out of piri piri so I ordered this as a back up. While although I prefer what I had, this has made its way to my list. It tastes different from the more powdery piri piri I had so even when the market restocks I will still use this one.

Great flavour.....with little heat!
I use this instead of black pepper. Change-up your usual flavour profile without the extra heat. I'm going to liberally use this in my next meat rub for slow cooking. Searing would surely turn into a burnt taste.....is my best guess unless your rub has plenty of time to do it's job before cooking, like six or more hours at a cool temp.

Amazing!
I used to make my piri-piri spice mix from scratch here at home. My wife and I love this dish and make it often, using the seasoning as rubs, a sauce base etc. I tried this mix on impulse and like it a lot! Much better than slaving and making it at home from scratch! I'll be buying it from here nowadays.

Not very piri piri at all
Before the world closed I had gotten back from a trip to Africa and fell in love with piri piri pepper seasoning. So naturally I started looking to find it to use at home and I came across this product. I should have read the ingredients better because piri piri is the 6th of 7 ingredients listed in order of amount. The amount of piri piri used in this mix is so nonexistent you cannot taste it at all. I swear they probably put a grain on white pepper in here just so piri was not the absolute last thing on the list. If you are looking for a very garlic and onion forward mix with almost no piri then this is the mix for you. Waste of my money though.

Flavorful but not hot
I've had several Piri Piri brought directly from Portugal which got me hooked on Piri Piri; especially the spiciness and flavor. This brand has good flavor but is not hot at all. I have to put twice to three times the amount to get some heat and more flavor or add red pepper flakes or other hot spices. I have found that sprinkling this product on my food prior to reheating in the microwave or using in liquid food items such as soup, stew or gravy results in a little more spice.
