Detailed instructions. There is very little time to work with the mixture so you need to prepare everything for immediate application. The instruction to mix colours in a plastic bag is not practical as the mixture spreads out in the bag and becomes hard to work with. I mixed on a small plate instead. I bought the black and white kit to make grey but discovered that my grey tiles had other tints in them -? brown. The colour i got was not an exact match but usable. It would have been hard to get an exact match without spending on a lot of colours and making up test batches first. Expensive and you get a pretty small amount but worth it if you can manage to get a good enough colour match.

Does not stay adhered to surface. Cleaned thoroughly with alcohol. Initially sticks and then easily separates from surface. Reapplied many times and each time same results. Useless.

I think this is one of those products that is portrayed as being easy to use and easy to get good results with, but isn't. Mixing two tubes of colour to get the colour you need it tricky, at best. I'm sure if you work for the company that makes it and have a lot of practice using the stuff you'll get good results. But for me, mediocre results were the best I could achieve. There's a reason why there are companies out there offering tile repair services, and it's not because it's an easy DIY job.

The MagicEzy Tile RepairEzy (Gray/White) did not work for what I needed. I am sure if you have specific colors it would work. Colors like pure white, dark gray, tan. I got the gray and white to mix and attempt to make the correct color. I needed some blue, yellow(ish), and red though. I am unsure about it being so easy to clean with water, as that usually means that it is not the most water resistant, but since I could not use it, I do not know. The tube back of the tube for a scraper/spatula for leveling is not that great. I really wanted this to be better then on the normal Chinese crap Amazon has been invaded by, but it really needs smaller tubes, more colors, and something better to level with.

Good stuff.. easy to use. Came out very good. Can still see if you get up close but not from standing up. Is much better then it was. I may do a 2nd coat on the big crack.
