She suggested I write letters to my younger self as a way of comforting and nurturing myself and letting go of the past. I found this book and decided to give it a try. I really enjoyed it! It helped me realize that my feelings mattered, even though they didn't matter to my abuser. It felt good to get all of my feelings out on paper and work through my emotions. it's a small book but packs a lot of punch. I wish the pages were in color, but I grabbed some colored pencils and added my own color and doodles. I just purchased the author's second book so I can continue the journey. Good enough
Helpful but could have been written better for all people. Doesn't seem to integrate Internal Family Systems well enough to actually address inner child work.

Good, but not what I'm looking for
Some prompts are repetitive, but the book covers a multitude of things (parents, childhood/upbringing, current day, anxiety, etc)

Cheap quality I’m sure you can find something better for this price.

I first got this book during a reflective phase and then purchased another copy as a gift. Very insightful and rewarding.

This is crap and clearly has no root in actual inner child healing methodologies. Someone made this in Canva and is trying to make a quick buck on it.

This is for kindergartners. Awful layout and plain content.
