Is this sulfate free?

Shampoos have sulfates, not conditioners. Sulfates are what makes a lather--they are not used in conditioners. So when you see "sulfate free" on a conditioner, it's like seeing "gluten free" on milk. Conditioners have never had sulfates, just like milk has never had wheat.

Is this mask for a woman of color ?

I have used this mask for 2 years..it's wonderful but back then I did not had highlights.

Can i leave this on for 30 minutes?

You can. I have actually fallen asleep with this on my hair and a processing cap overnight. No problems what so ever. I typically leave it on for 20-30 minutes with it without a heart cap and then lather and rinse in the shower.

Did the package have a seal or was it just a cap?

Sorry, I don't know. I bought it for someone else and they never said either way.
