Outstanding quality sorghum. It pours beautifully, smells wonderful, and tastes so good. I can't wait to bake with it. So far I've used it in Oatmeal and cream of wheat, used it in coffee, and I may have been pouring shots of it😉. It is worthy of the same celebration that a top shelf Bourbon would receive.

This syrup is unlike anything else you have tried. Comes close in profile to a sophisticated mild molasses and has far more flavor complexity than Golden Syrup or any honey. Not as in your face as Steen’s cane syrup.Limitless uses. Follow your imagination. I use it in preparation of homemade tomato sauce in place of sugar. It adds flavor not just sweetness.
