‘Does what it says’
Bought this to go with the sink in our garden bar. Does what it says and enables us to have hot (and cold) water off a 3 pin (UK) plug via a heating element without having to buy a storage unit. The hot water temperature is controlled via the tap lever which also gives an LED digital reading. The actual faucet feels a bit plasticky and only time will tell as to discolouring/peeling. Pros: With electric prices so high, the only electric you pay for is when you turn the tap to hot (not constant use like the under counter boiler units). Perfect so far

Broken
The water tap not working. Plugged in and nothing is displayed. No hot water running... Rubbish and waste of money

Great whilst it works
Had two now. Great whilst it works, but tends to give up after 12-18 months.

Good tap.
3 pin plug has to be cut off to fit. Fitted to downstairs toilet sink. The hot water is lot quicker and less wasted hot and cold water every time it's used compared to the water from the combi boiler.

Very cheap quality made of plastic. Didn’t last long. Returned for a refund.

Water heater tap.
13amp plug will not fit through tap hole, if you cut plug off it voids warranty, so returned for full refund
