The combination of Vd3 and K2 has been helping me improve my Vitamin D level tremendously. Mine has been staying in the barely acceptable range for a while, the D3K2 combo works better as the presence of K2 makes D3 absorbed more efficiently and reach the bone mass. I only need to take 1 capsule per day, and one single bottle would last for 3 months, such a great value. Would recommend giving this product a try!
