Places at the right place, it’s incredible how this little switch supply can improve the sound of a decent hi-fi system. I use it as the power supply for my media converter- converting from fiber optic to Ethernet, just before my roon endpoint. The difference was not subtle… didn’t have to do a A|B comparison: less digital noise means more music. Simple.

I got this for my Moog Moogerfooger MF-101 low pass filter pedal. I had a buzzing noise and tried this power supply figuring it would clean up the noise. It actually made the noise much worse. After playing around with it for a couple hours, I plugged my $12 adapter in and it was drastically quieter. All I can say is it was very expensive and didn’t work for my situation.

Twice I ordered this product & twice it didn't come with any DC to USB adapters which I need. Clearly says it's supposed to be in the box!

Buon prodotto molto silenzioso ed affidabile per apparecchiature audio... unico neo il cavo è molto rigido e poco flessibile quindi mi da l'impressione di potersi facilmente spaccare... per questo non do un punteggio di 5 stelle..

I have several pedals that dont like cheap switch mode power supplies where the switching noise comes through with the signal. Although this power supply may seem expensive, for how it performs, it's worth every penny! It is as noise free (electrical noise) as a high quality low noise linear power supply. The lead is also far better quality than the usua onesl. I tried powering ten various pedals simultaneously and it worked flawlessly. If you want noise free effects, thoroughly reccomend getting one.

I had my doubts that replacing the Ifi zen phono preamp supplied generic power supply unit with the uprated Ifi Ipower clean supply unit would provide any audio benefits. However, having taken the plunge by buying one, I did hear a subtle but significantly improved sound quality. This was especially noticeable when using my Ortofon Quintet blue & Audio Technica AT-C09XEN moving coil cartridges. There was greater definition, quieter backgrounds with an improvement in dynamic range & cleaner transients leading to a less forced presentation. It was not as apparent with my Audio Technica AT VM95SH, Ortofon 2m blue & Nagaoka MP110 moving magnet cartridges but still there was a slight improvement. If you are trying to maximize the potential of the Ifi zen phono preamp & you have a revealing hifi system, then this is a worthwhile upgrade especially when using MCs. Recommended.

Ho acquistato questi due alimentatori per alimentare due convertitori ethernet-Fibra e poi Fibra-Ethernet per isolare completamente dalle interferenze il segnale ethernet verso il Dac. Per alimentare nel modo più pulito ho acquistato il promo alimentatore IFI per alimentare il promo convertitore ethernet-Fibra, il secondo alimentatore unito ad un ulteriore filtro IFI per alimentare il secondo convertitore fibra-ethernet che poi va verso la presa ethernet del Dac. Complimenti come sempre all'IFI!
