As I already had a Worx pressure washer I thought this would be a replacement for a very old unit I've for for 20+ years the rattles shakes in use. This inflator is impressively lightweight—even with a 4Ah battery attached. The built-in pressure gauge is spot-on accurate, which makes the job even easier. It’s incredibly easy to use and performs exactly as promised. A reliable, well-designed tool that delivers on functionality and the integrated light is perfect for illuminating your workspace, especially in low-light conditions

Got this to replace an old VonHaus one where the battery has died I looked at the very cheap small battery tyre inflators @ £25’ish but I watched a few YouTube videos about them and they seem to take ages to pump up tyres; some taking 20 minutes from flat which is too slow especially if I’m going to keep this in the car for emergency flats. I also thought that running for that long would probably wear them out very quickly As I already have a Worx pressure washer and two 20v 4Ah Worx batteries I thought I’d buy this one It’s amazing!! It’s very well made and extremely easy to use. When you first switch it on it also gives you the voltage of your battery. You can change from psi to Bar etc by pressing the ‘+’ & ‘-‘ buttons together and simply select which you prefer It’s very powerful and can also pump up to 150 psi I just pumped up my cycle tyres which were flat to 60psi and it took literally seconds then checked my car tyres and they just needed topping up which took no time at all Ok this is not cheap but I think you get what you pay for. It’s a quality bit of kit and if you already have other Worx products and batteries it’s not too bad Very highly recommended

A very good Tyre/Ball inflator the 20 volt 2 ah battery just keeps going & going,a really good pifor this Worx inflater, tool only as I have 3 batteries & 2, chargers from my other Worx tools brushless hammer drill & brushless disc cutter oh & lawn mower, hedge trimmers - now a Car Tyre got a brilliant led white light & led flashing amber warning lights, not that my neighbours noticed the warning lights just quite a bit of noise when it's running so don't check your tyres on the drive when you come back from a night out like I did at 2 am,the neighbours did not share my excitement for my new Worx cordless pump, some people are so boring..Trevor

Like many other reviewers I bought this unit because I have a few Worx batteries, and prefer the concept of external batteries rather than internal, since with the latter the life of the product is only as long as the battery lasts. Let's face it, even Lithium rechargeable batteries can have a limited life. For the last few years I've been using one of the 'cigarette lighter socket' compressors. That was fine except that I have to do one side of the car at a time, which means different pressure settings for front and rear, then switching the unit to the other side, and all while the car engine is running to ensure the car battery power is there. This unit is great, set the pressure for the fronts, attach it to the valve, inflate (if necessary) and repeat for the rear tyres. I don't even have to unlock the car. For me, it means that I'm more likely to check my tyres are properly inflated on a more regular basis. So why have I dropped a star? It's for the same reason as another review I've seen, i.e. the valve fitting is very, very tight. You do have to push it hard on to the valve to get it fitting properly, and then you have to be very quick to remove it without letting out all the air you've just put in. On first use, the pressure on one tyre was about 1.5 psi low, so I inflated it. I had so much trouble getting the attachment off the valve I could hear the air coming out so re-attached it. It again showed I was 1.5 psi low so I had to go through inflating the tyre again. I did manage to get the attachment off quickly the second time, but it's a little annoying that it's so stiff that removing it is such a trial. Overall though, I would recommend this compressor over other options especially if you have a selection of Worx batteries. Edit 2 years on (hints from experience): As previously mentioned, the connector is so tight you can hear air coming out as you try to remove it. I'd suggest adding 0.5 psi (or the equivalent if using bar or the other settings). That way you slightly overinflate but counter that with the loss when removing the connector. The other thing I've noticed is that you need to ensure that the connector is attached fully to the valve. If not you get strange results. For example I had a tyre about 4 psi low. This unit showed that 4 psi being inflated in just a couple of seconds which I naturally doubted. Pressed the start button again and it showed the original setting and the same result, i.e. fully inflated within a couple of seconds. I then removed the connector and reconnected ensuring it was properly in place, pressed start again and it inflated properly.

Portable, light and accurate - good value for money It’s a useful tool to have to top up and check your tyres. Having an independent charging source with the battery means you can spend less time tangled up with charging cables when using the cars 12v supply
