Adrenaline Gts 21, Men's Running Shoe

I have always gone into a specialist running shop for my running shoes in the past and despite trying on different makes over the years I have always purchased the Brooks Running shoes. This is the first time that I have purchased shoes online and I have to say I'm not disappointed with the experience or the usual quality of the Brooks running shoes, which fit nicely and are as comfortable as ever.

I love these Brooks trainers! I have arthritic feet and bought a pair approximately 12 years ago. They’ve now worn out and I wanted another pair to replace them, hence these new Brooks trainers. They are the most comfortable, supportive sports shoes and although I do not run in them, they are perfect for walking my dog each day without my feet being too painful afterwards. I was able to wear them on arrival and they were as comfortable as if I’d had them for a few months. I will not hesitate to replace them with another pair of Brooks, even if that is not for another 12 years.

If you know your running trainers (or even if you don’t) then you know that the Brooks Adrenaline GTS range is pretty much top of the tree. Fantastic support, comfort and they inspire you to push that bit more. Multiple friends have these running trainers, and they do anything from 5km to marathons - so that to me speaks volumes.

The Transcend, its predecessor was a better model. This shoe is comfortable for medium to longer runs but with less cushioning than expected. Fits to size.

After having to take time out from treadmill running due to a bad knee(over 2years out) I used to do 30 miles a week. I was a bit worried about getting back into running after my knee healed itself through rest and limited exercise . Did a lot of research , bought these , all I can say is that since using them exclusively on the treadmill for the past 3 months my knee has no pain and I’m back up to the distance I was at when I had to quit running. TBH I have no real scientific proof that it’s down to the Brooks trainers but for me it is what it is. The trainers are the only change I made. Update September 2023. I have being using them for 2 years now and my knee issue has not returned. they are in great shape still and are used solely on a treadmill.

I got these shoes after a month or so of running resulting in knee pain, limiting me to two runs a week. These are amazing shoes, literally one run after getting them I no longer had knee pain. If you suffer with overpronation (foot rolls from inside to out) these are an absolute must.

If your looking at brooks shoes then you know what your doing they are at the top end of running shoes for a reason I own 5 different pairs each one are excellent these are no different light sturdy comfy out the box go for it

I’ve had these for a few months now and can honestly say they are the best running trainers I’ve had … great support, great spring and super comfortable… 100%

Great fit. Have an earlier version....this version is a better fit.
