I’ve had this chair for almost 6 months now. We’ve been using it almost daily. The more I learn about the features the more I love it. It fits different needs of different family members in our household. To me, I use kneading and shiatsu because I don’t like pains. The rollers and airbags are so comfy that sometimes I just lie flat with just these features without any massage. I fall into sleep easily this way. I love the Bluetooth stereo. The best stereo for one person.I need to send my gratitude to the seller for their great service. The foot section was not working when I first got the set. They sent a technician from 190 miles away to my house to fix it, three times. In the end, they sent a brand new unit for replacement. I don’t know what their margin is but this must have made it very thin.

Very confortable and affordable. I work night shift and im excited everyday to go home and take a rest and relax to my new massage chair. I love the different kinds of features especially the Thai massage , and lots of selections. It soothe my painful joints and muscles at my back and all over my body Highly recommended…

I like this - I had back pain which was from tight calves. It helps out when I'm really tight in the legs and back of my thighs but it doesn't do all that great around my neck and upper back - I wish there was some way to push my back down into the chair. First few times were crazy intense but now I find it just doesn't apply enough pressure to me on the calves and upper back

If you live a life constantly moving and on the move, a massage chair like this is perfect. We live in a loft and it fits perfectly. If you’re on the verge for buying one, just do it.

Had a customer support issue; and the team helped resolved the issue. The chair is comfortable, however a little small for me. I am 6'1" and weigh around 220 lbs. And it is a tight fit especially around the shoulders

We were pretty excited to get this chair because it really checks all the boxes like and s+l curve track, and the body sensor etc. But in reality the body sensor does little to nothing, the chair is cramped for anyone. The foot massager is just a rolling drum with knobs on it. The massage is fairly weak until it grabs your shoulders and pulls you in. Which is normally around the time that its driving the massager arms over bone on your shoulders. In all reality you should not buy one of these until you have tested that exact model out yourself.

The outer shell of the chair is plastic - it makes cracking noises and doesn't look luxurious as in the pictures since it is not leather like finish but plasticmy chair is not rigid one side is completely moving and the other side moves as well (although less) and makes loud plastic cracking noises when the air bags are working.Technology wise - this chair as a lot of potential, it comes with a great controller and options and the massage it self is good - if it was more rigid and finished with a different material other than plastic it would be one of the best offers out thereUpdate - the seller sent me a replacement which is the same chair but without the issues of the plastic moving too much - the chair is great and the only negative is the external plastic finish
