I apply after my moisturizing cream only at night. A must have - especially for mature skin. Love it.

The key ingredient in this is glycolic acid, which exfoliates and helps trigger collagen production. It also has peptides and moisturizers to complete what your skin needs. I used this when I had a busy period with less time for a lot of products. This kept my skin soft and still looking nice. While I still enjoy a longer routine (it's my TLC time), I love having this around for when I need to keep things short and simple. This has a product scent from the ingredients but is technically unscented. Not everyone will enjoy the scent of glycolic acid, but after years of experience with it, I don't mind it at all. I noticed some reviewers don't care for it. I'd say, learn to like it! It's a great ingredient. It also absorbs well into my skin, but that is also very skin dependent. If it's not absorbing well, I suggest applying it on skin still wet from a watery toner or hydrosol, which incidentally will boost the ability of this cream to add moisture to your skin. If you're using a lot of actives, or if your skin barrier is damaged for other reasons, this might be too strong at first. My skin is accustomed to using glycolic acid, and my skin loved it. However, some might find it can burn or cause redness. If that's the case, you could try diluting with a little of your favorite watery toner or hydrosol (great toners make everything work better). It's possible that one can have a sensitivity to another ingredient in this, although none of the ingredients in this are notable for being allergenic.

This has a thicker texture- like noxema- but absorbs quickly. A bit of a skin rash that did not stay long.
