been using it daily for 8-12 hours a day, still looks good, comfortable - honestly saved my back - now it's time to retire & switch to Herman Miller next - but love this product. 10/10

Initially, I was quite sceptical to buy this chair since neither had I heard of the brand before nor was I sure of its price. Anyways, I took the risk. And I must say that the money has been worth it so far. The customer service is very nice. We receive the chair dissembled in a large box and even before the courier arrives, we get a video on WhatsApp demonstrating how to assemble the chair. Assembling took me about an hour, however, it was simple to do. The company contacts you after a couple of days as well to make sure everything is alright. The chair is ergonomic and very comfortable to spend long hours in. The adjustable height of the chair is not a lot and was a little disappointing initially - that is why I have rated it 4 stars. Apart from that, the chair is perfect. You can lean back into the chair to about 135 degrees, and adjust the arm rests for typing and relaxed positions. There is absolutely no sweating while sitting on the chair. I spend about 10 hours every day working from home in this chair and my health has improved a lot. I was earlier suffering from back and neck pain due to improper posture but that has significantly improved due this chair. The nylon net is also very strong and you need not worry about it. It has been 2 months so far since I purchased the product and am happy about it. I will update this review later to let you know more. Anyways, I must say that this chair is definitely worth its cost. It is expensive indeed but then you do not want to risk your health over a couple of bucks, right? Do not hesitate to buy the product. It's good, ergonomic and has great customer support. What else do you need?

Just go for it. I have tried multiple chairs from Featherlite/Steelcase/Sleep Company/Geekin and aa few more I can't recall right now. Price ranging from 6k to 1 lakh and more! No chair out there can match the value this one offers for less than 20k. Each and every component is well built, I could not find any compromises on safety build quality and craftsmanship anywhere. After wasting years with average non mesh weird chairs that gave me back ache, I think I have found my huckleberry chair.

When I first got it, I was very worried about Quality because it doesn't look promising on the surface. It is made of hard plastic is what it looks like. Honestly, the arm rest is not the best in line. Back bending of the seating was weird at the beginning.But, soon I am so used to it that, the most costliest office chairs at my office wasn't good enough for me. The base and the wheels are of high quality.After one year of usage, I can say that the back and everything else is still in tact but the base net is a little loose. But, given how much amount I abuse it, it is acceptable.If you are working from home and are a good programmer like me, then you have to get this chair.It has two leg mode and 3 back modes.one leg mode for normal work, another for more relaxing work.3 back modes - one for meetings and serious work, one for comfortable programming and proper computer work, one for games and watching moving that is more leaned back.Overall, if you maintain it properly, its a really good investment. I spend 6-8 continuously on this, not once do i feel the discomfort or the skin burn sensation that comes from the leather. On the other hand, I put on some towels so that sharp object don't directly pierce into the chair and damage it.

I purchased this chair to help with my lower back pain, but unfortunately, I haven't experienced any benefits from it. Recently, when I leaned back, the head support broke. It's more of a decorative piece than a functional chair, and it definitely doesn't justify its cost—especially since I can't use it for its intended purpose.

Made a good choice in buying this chair . It is very costly. Even after ordering I had a thought that I could have bought 8 local chairs ( I have bought 2 chairs). I waited for the chairs n it arrived on time. Delivery executive disappoints me a bit for very first time n asked me to carry the box to first floor. Anyway , I opened the box n took out its parts .Wonderful packaging: it was packed very well. Can’t complain abt itI was shocked n upset after taking out all the parts from the box. Don’t know how to install n looked for a manual . It’s not there . I was literally scolding the brand name saying “ product costs send 20k, won’t they keep a printed manual for installation which costs ₹2. Stingyyyyyyyy. Then i browsed for YouTube videos and fixed Part by part. When I fixed the last part( the seat of the chair, I saw the installation printed paper in it . Oh myyyyyyy ... my fault.Again, I did it perfectly n all went well. I sensed that I didn’t fix the headrest properly n fixed it again.When I sat , that’s when I felt it’s worth the money. Very comfortable , airy, good back support and looks great. Can’t say abt durability for now . It looks durable . Arm rest is slightly hard for me . Gas lift works well. I love it
