This replacement band seems more like the original band than the last replacement (a different brand) that we purchased 18 months ago. The materials seem to be good quality, though only time will tell regarding durability. Initially, the band is somewhat stiff - but that is probably good as the last replacement band was so flexible that it would come unbuckled spontaneously. It is great that this product is offered in two different sizes as the prior replacement was much too long. The only negative - and therefore the deduction of one star - is the included screw driver. It is a smaller size than the original screws and could not be used to remove them. Fortunately, I had saved the tool from the prior band, which did fit the original screws, and was able to use it to remove the screws from the case. I was still able to reuse the original screws, so I can't speak to the quality / durability of the included screws. ** Update 05/21/2020 ** Increased overall rating to five stars because of the exceptional customer service I received from the seller. One side of the band broke after about six months. As I was getting ready to purchase a new band, I noticed that the seller offered a one year guarantee. I contacted the seller who responded within hours. I had a replacement band - no charge at all - within a few days. Oh, and the included screwdriver worked great.
