Sorry I won't buy these again, yes they seem to work but these tablets stick in my throat even when broken in half... not just me my daughter had the same problem. We take numerous vitamins and minerals in tablet form every day but these are the only ones to get stuck in our throats. I will buy from same manufacturer if they do capsules or even coated, if not I will seek from another supplier as the product actually does work I have firmer stronger muscles after less than a month.... just gagging every time I take these is unpleasant

I can swallow most tablets with ease, but these I cannot swallow. Large, chalky and its 3 a day. For a 3 month supply this is going to be difficult…

These seem to be good quality creatine. However, the tablets themselves are rough and a harder to swallow than others. There are other brands with smooth tablets for a similar price. Might as well get others that are easier to swallow.

50 ans, j ́ai repris le sport après 5 ans de " pause" plus ou moins forcée. Le résultat est bluffant dès les premières prise ( 3 à 5gr/jour). La sésatiô de forcé et de gonflement des muscles est incroyable. J’ai pourtant dans ma jeunesse essayé les protéines, sans jamais obtenir ce résultat. Défaut de ces gélules. Elles font la taille de 2 doliprane 1000, et sont vraiment très dures à avaler pour moi avec un verre d’eau. Mais elles méritent quand même leurs 5 étoiles pour le résultat de dingue en mok s d’une semaine.
