I have checked many popular purifiers, their actual lab reports and this was on #2 on the list of above 10-12 items (that doesn't means its not suitable). This product is a winner in terms of water purity and build quality. It would be better if there was a variant of the same product because many people drink warm water regularly and in winters it helps a lot. Its a value for money product.

Great, although it does not have tds adjuster but remineralisation does the job . Filter changer every 3 month and after 2 years makes this too expensive. But product is good . Service is good. Let's see how it performs in coming years

When I first purchased the Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Aura 2XLife, everything seemed promising — the product looked good, the purchase process was smooth, and installation was timely and hassle-free. Initially, I was happy with my decision. But my satisfaction ended with the first free service. Despite the product being under warranty, the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. Eureka Forbes Limited appears highly unprofessional when it comes to service. Their customer care process is largely automated — I haven’t received any proper assistance from a live representative despite weeks of follow-ups. My Issues: The assigned service technician was unprofessional, appeared inadequately trained, and caused physical damage to my unit. He persistently asked for a satisfaction code and insisted on additional payment for a TDS adjuster — claiming it doesn’t come with the machine. This was shocking, as regulating TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) is a basic and essential function of any RO water purifier. If the device truly lacks a TDS controller, then it’s a serious design flaw or misrepresentation. I received repeated follow-up calls that felt pressurizing and uncomfortable, which I have documented. The unit is now physically damaged due to the technician’s mishandling. Despite multiple formal complaints and emails, I have only received generic responses, with no real resolution. My Takeaway: Eureka Forbes may have a strong brand name, but the service experience did not match the expectations. If you're looking for a brand that values customer satisfaction and honors its commitments, you may want to explore other options. My Recommendation: I do not recommend purchasing this product if long-term support and peace of mind are important to you. While the product might meet expectations initially, the lack of dependable after-sales service can be a major concern when issues arise.

Totally worth it!
