Desk is very solid, shipping was lightning fast direct from the manufacturer, instructions were easy to follow. Included a couple spare bolts and tiny pieces, which is always nice. I wish they made a 60"x30", but am still very happy with the 60x27. Bamboo top is REALLY nice, much better than laminate and particle board tops that sit on most desks at furniture stores.

Great desk. Looks neat. It’s easy and quick to adjust the height. Precise too. Sturdy. I enjoy working at this desk.

I received my Jarvis desk yesterday, about a week earlier than anticipated. I was extremely excited and went right to work at putting my new desk together. After about 1.5 hours of assembly, all that was left to turn it on. As I attempted to reset the handset, I was met with a message, "Error 08".After searching through their incredibly unhelpful website for a solution to no avail, I decided to contact them. You can imagine my frustration after calling them only to hear a recorded message stating that they were too busy to accept calls and to send an email instead.I sent an email immediately (>24 hrs ago) and have yet to get a response. As such, I simply cannot recommend this product to anyone, and I would steer clear of making a purchase from Fully until after they implement measures to better meet market demand on the customer service front.

It is huge so be sure to measure your space. It is sturdy, does not rock, and has a durable surface. My first Jarvis standing desk is in my office where I haven't been able to go in for 12 months but it's waiting there for me! I still use placemats for all the snacks & tea I must consume in-between meetings because I intend to use it for a long time to come.

Buyer Beware! The so-called “adjustable” standing desk is NOT adjustable. I received it without a remote control or any way to raise or lower the desk. I carefully checked, double checked, and triple checked the packaging. There was no remote control anywhere to be found. So this desk is just a needlessly expensive non-adjustable standard bamboo desk. I do not recommend buying it.

WIth COVID-19 pushing to work at home, and likely staying that way for a while, I decided it was time to get a nice desk that fit all my computer systems, and I wanted a standing desk like I had at work.Lots of searching for desks - I wanted a large desktop, standing desk, and a rectangular desktop without the cutout. After searching for a bunch here and everything looking the sameish, the reviews on this desk looked like it was a solid product.23 JUN 2020, 1112 MST: Initial impressions just finished putting it together. The desk arrived in two boxes, both early. Not hard to move around the house to get where I needed it.Easy to put together. Immediately after buying I got a link to the video instructions which were helpful. There aren't too many parts, the video is slightly different than the instruction book. I'd recommend using the video, and if something doesn't seem right (the 72" desk doesn't have machine screws for the center rails), use the instructions as a fall back.The included cable locks are very handy, saved me an additional trip/order.Adjustment is quiet, smooth, works great. I'm 5'6 and comfortable for me standing and sitting.CON - only one so far, I am a leaner when standing. Just noticed that most of the hardware is towards the back of the desk and there is a slight bow when I forearm lean on the front of the desk. Easy solution to change the height slightly lower and prevent that.

Strong, attractive, smooth operation. Easy to stop typing and do a few exercises.
