Well Designed
This is a surprisingly good product. It has an adapter piece that screws into the plastic chuck part. What sets it apart is that the adapter is further secured by a screw coming from the other direction. Good design and holds the bit well without any slipping that I've noticed. I thought this was definitely worth a review since it seems to be a great product.Pros:Fits a good range of drill bits from 5/64 to 3/8Seems like a really tight fit without slippingHand tighten-able or you can tighten or loosen it by holding the chuck and going forward or reverse on the drillHasn't come undone, slipped, or anything like thatCons:My 1/16 drill bit is too small for it.It's plastic so *maybe* not great for high torque applications. I haven't tested it for that. Works fine for me though since I am just using it as a hobby drill.Max drill bit size seems to be about 1/2" although I don't have one that big to check. Not many cons. You tell me.

Well built
Didn't find 12 fit my drill press. But I drilled the hole out a little bigger, I got one door perfect, perfect

Works good in a pinch when you don't have a conventional Chuck drill.
a low cost, effective way to convert your impact driver into a drill. The head wanderers around due to the nature of the interface connection, but it will sink a screw.

Keysfor drills
The price was perfect. It got my job done, but if I overuse it to wear out.

DrillPress chuck key set
I picked up a ~1985 Ohio Forge, 1/2” chuck, 8” drill press from a sidewalk sale for $20. I tore it down, then refurbished it. Everything works, but it didn’t have a chuck key. From the set, the larger key with the smaller guide pin - works Ok, just not a perfect fit.

Adds flexibility, and a noticeable wobble.
The chuck seems decent enough (a few rough spots, but they are already working themselves out), but the adapter is not quite straight, so there is a significant wobble. I think I'll be able to use it for my current purpose, but the wobble is enough that using it for small or precise work (even small drill bits) is out of the question.

300% failure rate!
My expectations were low, but I only needed to drill 10 holes. On my very first test hole the chuck suddenly started to wobble, which caused the drill bit to bend and the workpiece to crack. Not only did it fail immediately, but it took two other things with it!After I wrenched the broken chuck apart I discovered the screw connecting it to the SDS adapter had stripped out, which presumably caused the wobble. The only good news is it broke so quickly I didn't have a chance to damage my pillars with it.
