Mat works perfect. Doesn't move, good size and very cute. Color is the same as advertised and for a good price. It's also very easy to clean!

Functionality: Does a good job at containing food particles from going onto the floor, it does not slip around on our vinyl flooring. I do wish at the side do not have crevices since it’s a bit hard to clean at times. It’s lightweight, has no smell and is big enough for 2 food bowls and 1 water bowl. Overall, it’s a good food mat! It does not absorb the water and contains a lot of stray particles inside the mat.

I have to feed my cat on a counter to prevent the dog from eating his food! This is a very good quality mat. It is water resistant and the small size is the perfect one for my countertop. It would also be very helpful in protecting the floor. It is soft and flexible and a great value for the money.

Please read. It's an okay mat for the price if you are on a strict budget or you plan on keeping your water neck and neck with the food bowl which most cats don't want their food bowl almost touching their water bowl so it was much smaller and thinner then I expected and of course with it being silicone it's a dust magnet which will become an eye sore as it has for us. It's recommended if you want your cat to really drink water to space the food from water a bit more to prevent dehydration which is extra important for my senior kitty. Of course you can easily rinse the mat off but it doesn't really look quite the same and holds fur and the crumbs of cat food. I'm still using it for now because the main purpose is to keep our flooring safe but I've had our kitten splash water on the floor outside the mat regardless so I'm going to be replacing with a larger one, found a bohemian themed one in different sizes that I think will meet my needs. I've been spacing the water further from the cat food on this mat and in order to do so, the water bowl is to the very far right and the cat food bowl is to the far left and theirfore the cats still get crumbs of food and water on the floor and this defeats the purpose completely and provides more minimum protection against flooring damage. Plus the water still needs at least 3-6 inches more of spacing for our needs espeically since crumbs of food are landing in the water bowl and then the cats won't drink the water.
