Grandiose Anti-Freeze Ice Cream Scoop and Spade Set

I must be crazy to spend $35 for a spade and scoop. There are so many less expensive options. Truthfully, though, I would have paid that just for the spade. I had a teflon coated "Good Grips" spade that I loved. I had it for about ten years. It got scratched, so we discarded it. It turns out that they don't make teflon ones anymore. Instead, they have chrome ones that are very fragile. Even with hand washing, they lose their chrome. This set has finally replaced my beloved Good Grips spade. It cuts through rock hard ice cream like warm butter. Money well spent!

I had trigger finger surgery. Scooping ice cream has been difficult since then. Having the spade with the antifreeze solution inside makes dessert so much more worth it haha. My GF likes that it’s dishwasher safe because of the Teflon coating. Otherwise without it, it would have been ruined

Edit 4-10-17 Was sent new set on behalf of company. Great customer service! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Item was gift. When opened, the receiver said the product was already broken & the bottoms of the scoop were detached & wouldnt fit back. Packaging seemed ok so i think this was a manufacture defect rather than poor handling. Mostly upset that it was a broken gift.

Nice shape on both scoops, but sadly the teflon coating is wearing off them both !! I am VERY unhappy after spending $36. for this set to not have it last even one year! I do NOT recommend this set to anyone

the inside of the box was ripped and the stopper plug on one of the scooper was roller around in the box I sent it back for a refund I understand thing happen I really liked the looks of the set and the quality of the scooper I want to reorder the set again

Work very well. Non-stick surface helps the ice cream slide off. Beautiful presentation box would be excellent for a gift.
