Best patio heaters on the market
Just had these installed at our house before my wife's 40th anniversary party and the number of people who commented about how amazing the heaters were and how they looked like flat screen tvs before they were turned on. The heaters are amazing and did a really nice job of keeping everyone warm. I had to turn one of them off (had bought 2) because they were so warm.

Very nice looking heater. Only average in heat production.
Very easy to install and it probably is the best looking NG heater I have seen. But I would say that the heat production is felt within 6 feet and not the 10-12 feet.

Excellent heaters. Look cool too.
Great heaters. Only advice is to plan carefully about how they attach. I was forced to place them on the side of a beam instead of the bottom. Worked out fine. Love the heaters.

looks great--dont expect miracles if you have wind.
A year after getting this installed....I like how it looks a lot. It definitely sends out heat--but it I think the sweet spot for this is temps in the mid 50s to mid 60s. Above that and you dont really need it and below that I dont know how effective it is, though to be honest I have not used this in the cold as much as I'd like. So is this worth the money to install for probably a dozen days that the temps are in the sweet spot AND you have the time to spend outside? Perhaps. I am considering installing a second one in my area of interest--I think that may help. The cost does add up... Caution--I had a big issue with birds building a nest under the secondary heat shield. I had to install a lot of chicken-wire around it to create a bird-proof frame around the heater. I'll have to revisit because it's not a work of art, but it does the trick. If you have the same luck, unscrew the heat shield and blow the nest out with a portable shop vac, but the birds will attempt to rebuild quickly. Note about wind--they say it heats as long as wind is less than 12mph. That may be so, but as wind compresses around structures (homes) it speeds up. So 12 MPH in the local forecast is more powerful at ground level. Also wind drag is a function of wind speed squared, not just wind speed. In other words, just about any amount of wind in the forecast will mean the effect of this product is impacted where you sit, and more than a little. Just keeping it real.

great heater
loved it, like most heaters they don’t work well with wind but they heat very well.

Issues with my installation however company has made an effort to respond
My initial review was quite negative - apparently two units for my patio was not enough. That was something the sales person who advised me did not understand. I ran a new gas line specifically for the units and it appears that I will have to rerun a new line to accommodate additional units. At any rate, the company has made an effort to help and try to address the issues. The addition of the heat shield made a significant difference. (I would suggest that you purchase the heat shield - they come in two pieces. My original box was taped together and since it was flat, my installer did not realize there was another unit in a separate box) I would give 5 stars for service and responsiveness. It's tough for me to give the heaters a higher rating since they did not work for my application. Be sure to spec your application carefully.

Great product. It doesn't have variable heat
Great product. It doesn't have variable heat, but then neither does the other similar units and this one is wonderful and looks amazing!
