The way Suzy describes the self-care and provides nourishing tips is gentle and constructive which made me feel hopeful.Having this book in your bookshelf is like having home to feel safe, warm, and replenished. A beautiful book.

I went straight into this book as soon as it hit the doormat! I follow Suzy on Instagram and have her other books so I knew it would not disappoint.I love that Suzy’s books always look beautiful and calming even before you’ve read a word! This is a lovely format and well thought out. I am looking forward to use this as part of my daily routine. I will be buying a few more for gifts.

I love this journal. I ordered one for myself and my daughter for Christmas. It takes all the advice in Suzi's other books and helps you to personalise it. Lots of pages to write stuff down on which means you can look back at what you've written when you need to instead of looking for notebooks or pieces of paper. The advice she gives is practical and down to earth. Can't recommend it enough.

Suzy Reading has written another important and timely book. Full of practical, truly effective tips and ideas, I'll be buying this as a gift for clients and friends. I love how easy it is to read -- quick and accessible. Highly recommended!
