The product has a light fuseable on the back side. I do not know if you can run this product through a Silhouette Cameo Cutter.

Can this be printed on using an inkjet printer?

On the package it says “ink-jet printable “. It is about the thickness of construction paper, so I would feed it one sheet at a time to avoid jams.

Can I use this in an appliqué that will be used as a hot pad?

I am not sure as I have not used it for that type of application.

do you use this like wonder under?

No! It is not fusible on both sides. I use it to do appliquÃ© . Look for Lynette Andersons webpage for a video on how to do it! Great method !
