It is very good at what it does!!!
Great product - second one we have had and it’s excellent in this high-dust area with lots of pet hair as well. Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Awful hose
Horrible hose! You will have to super glue the parts to keep it from disassembling.. it’s so loose, within seconds it becomes disconnected! What a waste

Henry hoovers have always been the best. They're solid, will make, have good suction and last a lot of abuse. There's a reason why you see Henrys in hotels and not Dysons. Suction is great and with this version you get a load of attachments too. Very easy to slot together, only takes a minute and you're up and running. 1 power level but it works well. Theb only weak point is the plastic hose connector to the metal pipe. This often cracks and is then too loose to connect, although that only happens after a few years of use. If it could be metal it would be perfect! The hoover itself is a bit weighty but still fine to be carried.

I've pushed against getting a Henry for years - I've always been a fan of Dyson, and more recently their cordless cleaners. But I was getting bored of my Dyson clogging up too quickly and then having to wait for the filter to dry after washing it. Henry has none of these problems - he pretty much sucks everything up (and the suction power is so much better than I'd anticipated) and because everything goes into a bag, I don't get a cloud of dust blowing in my face when I empty it, or have to shove my hands in a pile of dust to unclog it. The attachments are great - I can easily get into the corners of my curved staircase. It's also got a long cable so I don't have to unplug it as I'm going upstairs. The only 'downside' is that I have to carry him up the stairs with me as I go because the nozzle isn't long enough to reach all the way up my stairs (and actually, I wouldn't want it to be because it would make it cumbersome to move around and store) but he's not that heavy. A great little vacuum cleaner at a great price. Totally recommended even if you're a die-hard Dyson fan.

This is an excellent machine, with a lot more suction than the standard Henry, brings up carpet pile and all pet fur recommended for a good clean

Many moons ago my wife and i had both done cleaning jobs and always used Henrys. They were always great but i kind of forgot how good they were. Fast forward a few years we've had dyson and numerous other brands that have been ok, but not great in a carpet floor house with dogs. Battery ones run out of power on no time and the cord ones always got clogged. The Mrs saw Henry on sale so we decided to pick one up. Both of us now do the vacuuming with a smile on our faces. This is such a good little machine. It uses a cord so no need to worry about batteries ( there's also a nice wind up mechanism that takes seconds and works very well). It's powerful and has a few different heads. It sucks up dog hair and debris (destroyed tennis balls) easily and doesn't clog. It's small and low down so you can pull it round the house easily, even my elderly mother can use this easily. There's a bag so emptying doesn't create a dust cloud and can be swapped out easily or just empty the bag if you want. It doesn't use a huge amount of electric which is great for bills. It's bright red so o see it a mile away and don't trip over it. Excellent quality, highly recommended. Good value too. These vacuums last for years and are fraction of the price of the likes of Dyson and work better. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful

Brilliant vacuum cleaner. I’ve always had an upright but changed to this one after reading the reviews. And for the price it’s an and excellent, a long lead is essential and lots of tools to cover every job. The downside fire me is I’m finding it hard to change the tools. I just can’t pull them off from the pipe and I have to get my husband to do it any ideas would be very helpful
