Best Soy Sauce in the Indian Market Right Now
This is hands down the best soy sauce available in the Indian market at the moment. Unlike many other brands that taste like little more than salt and artificial color, this one has real depth, balance, and a naturally brewed flavor. You can actually taste the richness and umami instead of just sharp saltiness. Once you try this, it’s hard to go back to regular supermarket soy sauces.

Less flavour
After going from synthetic soy sauce to real this time I found that it has the taste and colour ascribed to LIGHT soy sauce. The umami flavour is lacking because it does not have MSG & inosine and the colour is lacking because it does not have added colours. There is salt (even though it has less salt) and a little zing which is difficult to put into words. It IS healthier if you use soy sauce regularly. But next time I will try the dark or tamari varieties.
